New Machine Limited Warranty*


Phoenix540 warrants your new Phoenix540 Embroidery Machine to be free
of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the installation date. In the event there is no installation by Phoenix540 or their authorized distributor, the warranty become effective on the date the machine is shipped. Parts and labor will be provided at no charge during this 12 month period.

Exceptions: Excludes all consumable parts. Consumable parts are covered for a period of 60 days from the installation date. Damage caused by negligence, improper operation, faulty adjustments and the alteration or use of replacement or repair parts not supplied by Phoenix540 will render the warranty null and void.

This limited warranty is the only warranty covered by Phoenix540. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.

Coverage Details;

1 YEAR: Labor and parts are the responsibility of Phoenix540 for 12 months. For the first 2 months, expenses to and from the customer site is the responsibility of Phoenix540 or their authorized distributor. Charges for expenses to and from the customer site during months 3 to 12 are the responsibility of the buyer.

3 YEAR: For a period of 36 months the electronic boards/parts are the responsibility of Phoenix540 or their authorized distributor. Labor and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

5 YEAR: For a period of 60 months from the installation date Phoenix540 or their authorized distributor warrants parts only coverage of the main motor and all pulleys, shafts, gears, and bushings. Labor and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
