PNX-1-A6 hot-fix setting machine is advanced with its comfort ability in software interface, convenience in communication between user and machine and simplicity in operation, as a result of the stable and perfect mechanical structure and self-developed hot-fix setting software. How does the PNX-1-A6 know if the shape is up or down?. We adopt Japanese SMC non-air pressure to inspect the rhinestone-taking state, so as to make sure of the accuracy of the rhinestone and its sticking each time. PNX-1-A6 machines are the only transfer making machines in the world that run 24 hours a day 7 days a week in a production environment. It has more than eight years’ life-expectancy. Choosing rhinestone by this machine, unlike in Canada, South Korea and some other countries, you needn’t assemble numerous and costly feeding trays, in which you are free from amounts of cost and many troubles when changing it.

1.  We introduce in delicate linear guide and ball screw from Japan and Taiwan, are sure that it can move continuously and stably for a long time and each rhinestone can be accurately set.
2.  We adopt the imported SMC vacuum part from Japan, and electromagnetic valve from Taiwan and Japan. We are sure of their long life-expectancy and stability in service.
3.  In the mechanical control, we use imported servo system from Japan and professional DSP moving control, which can compose automatically the patterns of rhinestone of 6 kinds of norms or color at most. You can do it freely under working range.
4.  The anti-disturbed circuit is used in our machine, so comfortable software interface is created. You can operate conveniently, editing any pattern you want. The software can identify bmp, jpg, dxf, dwg and other forms.
